IMG Study Groups

The Access Centre coordinates study groups for International Medical Graduates (IMG’s) and currently has groups who are preparing for the Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Exam (MCCEE), the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Exam Part 1 (MCCQE1), the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Exam Part 2 and the Centre for the Evaluation of Health Professionals Educated Abroad (CEHPEA) Clinical Exam 1 (CE1).The purpose of these groups is to connect IMG’s with their peers to prepare for a specific exam.  These groups often have IMG’s from different specialties allowing them to share their expertise and learn from others.  The Access Centre is able to offer a meeting space and resources to aid the groups in their preparation.Three IMG’s registered with the Access Centre were recently accepted into postgraduate training starting this summer!  Good luck doctors!
